"BUILT STRONG: THE GUIDE"

"Built Strong: The Guide" was created for those that have some barbell + weight training experience, don't need the full guidance of 1:1 coaching but still want a simple + effective strength program to follow with some feedback along the way.

 

WHATS INSIDE THE PROGRAM?

- 16 Weeks of progressive, simple & effective strength programming broken down into 4, 4-week cycles of hypertrophy, strength, power & testing

- Breakdown's of each phase to explain why you're doing it & what kind of effective it will have (Knowledge is power my friends!)

- Programming consists of the foundational lifts (Squat, deadlift, bench & overhead press), accessory work, core building & mobility

- Unlimited communication via. email to answer questions & provide feedback on lifts

- Video tutorials for every movement in the program

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO?

- This program is designed to be done in most traditional gyms settings. (Ex. LA Fitness, Crunch, Anytime Fitness, LifeTime Fitness, etc.)

- You'll need access to a barbell, plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, cable machine with interchangeable handles, a rack for bench press, a rack for barbell squats, bands & an assisted pull-up machine.

"BUILT STRONG: FROM HOME"

"Built Strong: From Home" was created for individuals that don't have hours to spend working out, but still want to get in a quick, effective & functional workout without having to write the program for themself from the comfort of your own home.

WHAT'S INSIDE THE PROGRAM?
- 8 Weeks of functional strength programming consisting of 5 workouts per week with 3 upper body days and 2 lower body days.

- Daily programming consists of a functional strength section, a short + higher intensity workout, core work & mobility.

- Workouts designed to take 25-35 minutes max.

- Lifetime access to "Built Strong: From Home"

- Unlimited communication via. email to answer questions & provide feedback along with video tutorials for every movement

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO?

- Set of bands with varying resistance

- Flat/Incline bench

- A box to do box jumps/step-ups

- Set of dumbbells/kettlebells at varying weights appropriate for you

** NOTE: If you only have access to dumbbells OR kettlebells, you can still do the program. Simply change out all the dumbbell movements for kettlebells & vice versa.
