You are an individual with specific goals, current/previous injuries, training history, body type + workout preferences.

 

I want you to ask yourself:

- Do you have specific goals such as- Loosing "x" amount of weight? Training for a competition? Improving your athletic performance? Improving your olympic lifts? Current/previous injuries that you need to work around?

- Do you want to feel supported through weekly check-ins? As well as a 24 hour response rate to answer questions + analyze lifts to ensure you have proper form?

- Are you tired from bouncing from workout to workout without progress?

- Do you want an efficient + effective program delivered to you each month with explanation + education as to why you're doing what you're doing?

- Honestly, are you just way to busy and don't have time to plan out workouts? Let alone ensure it's challenging enough to keep you progressing long-term?

Heres what's included:

- 4 Weeks of individualized programming made just for YOU with up to 6 days in the gym (Rest is important too!)

- Detailed, personalized + weekly check-ins via. True Coach to keep you progressing & make adjustments as needed

- Daily communication via. True Coach to answer questions, provide support + feedback on lifts

- 30 Min. initial consultation to discuss your specific needs + answer any questions you may have
