Built Strong: The Guide" was created for those that have some barbell + weight training experience, don't need the full guidance of 1:1 coaching but still want a simple + effective strength program to follow with some feedback along the way.
WHATS INSIDE THE PROGRAM?
- 16 Weeks of progressive, simple + effective strength programming broken down into 4, 4-week cycles of hypertrophy, strength, power + testing
- Breakdown's of each phase to explain why you're doing it + what kind of effective it will have (Knowledge is power my friends!)
- Programming consists of the foundational lifts (Squat, deadlift, bench + overhead press), accessory work, core building + mobility
- Unlimited communication via. email to answer questions + provide feedback on lifts
- Video tutorials for every movement in the program
WHAT DO YOU NEED ACCESS TO?
- This program is designed to be done in most traditional gyms settings. (Ex. LA Fitness, Crunch, Anytime Fitness, LifeTime Fitness, etc.)
- You'll need access to a barbell, plates, dumbbells, medicine balls, cable machine with interchangeable handles, a rack for bench press, a rack for barbell squats, bands + an assisted pull-up machine.
