Are Your Gyms Closed?

BUT THE GYMS ARE CLOSED... WHAT ABOUT MY GAINZ? 😭

(A question I imagine many of you might have at the current moment.)

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Well, good news is that unless you become a complete couch potato and do LITERALLY NOTHING for the next "x" amount of weeks... you probably won't loose as much muscle mass as you think.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Because- It's MUCH easier to maintain muscle mass once you have it, then to build it in the first place!

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

& As long as you're doing some form of movement like running, biking, bodyweight, dumbbell/kettlebell or resistance band workouts- your body will do its best to preserve the muscle mass you currently have.

Now- This isn't perfect science & every case will look a bit different, but for most individuals as long as you're doing some form of resistance training, eating enough protein to support your muscle mass & not insanely restricting caloric intake... you'll be a-okay. 👌🏻
