Banded Glute Prep Exercises Before You Lift

Prior to the start of a lower body lift, I love going through some banded glute prep work! I find it helps to create a solid mind-muscle connection so I can use my glutes better during the workout. After going through ACL surgery back in 2019, I found it difficult to "activate my glutes" so adding this in is a must for me now. ➖ 15 Banded glute bridges

➖ 10 Banded lateral kicks

➖ 5 Banded hip circles forward and backward
