I was having a really great conversation with one of my clients the other day about what it takes to see the results.
The biggest point I try to get across to everyone I work with is the importance of consistency in the process.
Where you are right now didn't happen overnight, so neither are the changes you want to see. 🤷🏼♀️
No matter what exercise routine or diet you follow, being honest and consistent with yourself is SO important.
I can't make you put in effort.
I can't make you do cardio.
I can't make you eat more vegetables.
What I can do is guide + support you, but at end of the day it's up to you to put in the work.
