Core Work TABATA

I know how much everyone loves some good core work! ๐Ÿ˜


For me, I love doing abdominal focused exercises before I start my workout. I've had on/off back pain for years and I find doing that helps me better brace my core for my lifts. Just my opinion! You can do before or after, as long as you get it done. ๐Ÿ˜‰

โž– Hollow rock flutter kicks
