Core Work TABATA

I know how much everyone loves some good core work! 😍


For me, I love doing abdominal focused exercises before I start my workout. I've had on/off back pain for years and I find doing that helps me better brace my core for my lifts. Just my opinion! You can do before or after, as long as you get it done. 😉

(TABATA= :20 Sec. of work followed by :10 sec. of rest.)

TABATA x3-5 Rounds👇🏻

➖ Butterfly sit-ups

➖ Lying leg lifts

➖ Hollow rock flutter kicks

➖ Contralateral v-ups
