No denying it. I've always had the BIGGEST sweet tooth.
For years I would always look for articles & ways to "satisfy" or "curb" my sweet tooth. Thinking that it was a bad thing that all I wanted was chocolate. Lol.
The funny thing is they never worked & I only craved it more. 🤦🏼♀️
It's not until I started really digging into coaching & nutrition that I realized the more I restricted and told myself it was "unhealthy" & that I had to "avoid it" the more I wanted it.
That's one thing I try to always teach my clients first👉🏻 Restriction only leads to more restriction until you say fuck it & eat everything in sight.
Guess what that leads to? More yo-yo dieting, feelings of frustration & limited results.
So guess what I say? Eat the damn pie & enjoy it. In the grand scheme of things one piece of pie isn't going to ruin your results. 🥧
