Dear Rep Cutters...

Dear people that cut reps in CrossFit workouts,

I know you cut the reps.

Is this an extremely sassy statement? Absolutely, but it's the truth.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I know that you didn't do all 30 of those wall ball shots or 100 double unders in a minute. 🤷🏼‍♀️

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

(Yes- it's possible for me to count reps, watch form, correct movement & ensure overall class safety at the same time. I'm a very good multi-tasker when I'm curious. 😉)

But is it worth it for me to say something? Nope.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

& Before you get your panties in a bunch with statements like- "But it's not fair? They post faster times & xyz."

First off- Head down, eyes forward my friend.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Second- Yes, I fully agree it's extremely annoying. BUT they're not hurting anyone but themself.

People who put in the work, FULLY, day in & day out will see the results.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Progress doesn't lie.

Strength doesn't lie.

Numbers don't lie.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So look... I get it.

CrossFit is freaking hard & getting in shape sucks at times, but consistently doing 60% of the reps will get you 60% of the results.
