(Especially if your primary goal is to gain strength & build muscle.)

Do I love stepping up to the challenge of a random & thrown together workout? Absolutely. ๐๐ผโโ๏ธ

Is that the entirety of mine OR my clients training programs? Absolutely not. ๐ ๐ผโโ๏ธ

Building strength requires a planned progression of rep schemes, rest periods, percentages & deloads.

If you donโt want to waste your time in the gym & you have specific goals- then your program needs to resemble that. There needs to be a purpose to the movement youโre doing, along with the repetitions, sets & percentages that go along with it.

Could you throw together random workouts, jump from one program to the next & still see results? Sure, but itโs going to take longer & thereโs a high chance of burnout that goes along with it because youโre body canโt go heavy all the time (๐) & doing 45 min HIIT sessions from random Instagram influencers every day isn't effective. ๐

So consider investing in yourself (& your time) by working with someone to create a program for you. It doesnโt have to be me, because I know that I wonโt get along with everyone or may not have the knowledge that you need, but if you find yourself exhausted, burnt out or low on motivation- itโs worth the investment!
