If You Want To Gain Strength + Build Muscle- Read This.

TRUTH TIME๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป If youโ€™re not planning out your training program AT LEAST a few months in advance, youโ€™re missing out. ๐Ÿ˜ณ

(Especially if your primary goal is to gain strength & build muscle.)

Do I love stepping up to the challenge of a random & thrown together workout? Absolutely. ๐Ÿ™‹๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Is that the entirety of mine OR my clients training programs? Absolutely not. ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

Building strength requires a planned progression of rep schemes, rest periods, percentages & deloads.

โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

If you donโ€™t want to waste your time in the gym & you have specific goals- then your program needs to resemble that. There needs to be a purpose to the movement youโ€™re doing, along with the repetitions, sets & percentages that go along with it.

โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

Could you throw together random workouts, jump from one program to the next & still see results? Sure, but itโ€™s going to take longer & thereโ€™s a high chance of burnout that goes along with it because youโ€™re body canโ€™t go heavy all the time (๐Ÿ˜) & doing 45 min HIIT sessions from random Instagram influencers every day isn't effective. ๐Ÿ™„

โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €

So consider investing in yourself (& your time) by working with someone to create a program for you. It doesnโ€™t have to be me, because I know that I wonโ€™t get along with everyone or may not have the knowledge that you need, but if you find yourself exhausted, burnt out or low on motivation- itโ€™s worth the investment!
