Minimal Equipment Kettlebell Workout

I know a few places that are experiencing some restrictions, so here is a minimal equipment workout you can do from the comfort of your own home. 😉 All you'll need is a single kettlebell (bonus if you have different sizes) or you could even use a dumbbell too!

➖ KB Goblet courtesy lunges
