I’ve posted these protein balls on my instagram story countless times, so I figured its time for them to get a post. 💁🏼♀️
Personally- I like simple things & I REALLY like simple recipes.
I hate when you look to make something and they tell you their entire life story, the steps are WAY to complicated & they tell you to used absurd ingredients. 🙄
So, here’s my new version of a cookbook. 😂
➖ 1.5 Cups of oatmeal
➖ 2 Scoops of your favorite protein (I recommend a simple vanilla)
➖ 1 Cup of peanut or almond butter
➖ .5ish Cup of honey
➖ Sprinkle of coconut flakes (Optional)
➖ A handful of chocolate chips (Optional, but you’re crazy if you don’t add the chips.)
What you gotta do.👇🏻
➖ Chuck the ingredients in a bowl.
➖ Mix it up with a spoon or your hands if you’re feeling savage.
➖ Roll into balls & stick in the fridge.
➖ Bam done. 🙃
