Motivation comes in waves.
Some days you have it + some days you don't, but what's important is that you continue forward even on the days you don't have it.
It happens to everyone and it definitely happens to me. 🤷🏼♀️
A great example is a few weeks ago, I really wasn't feeling it.
My energy was low, I wasn't excited to train and my stomach was in knots.
I told myself that I would start with my normal warm-up and go from there.
Guess what happened after I finished a little bike and core work? I felt the motivation start to kick in and ended up having a pretty good workout.
Making it to your goals isn't about lifting at 100% all the time. It's about making a small step forward every day.
