Lifting weights does so much more than change your physical appearance.
More than anything its taught me discipline, but is also taught me...
Convincing your mind is half the battle. You have to walk up to the bar with the confidence in yourself that you have the skills & strength to lift it.
Preparation is everything. If you want a muscle up, you have to break it down into steps & practice. You can’t expect to have skills you don’t practice every day.
Not everything will go as planned. There will be workouts that will test you, but that’s okay because you’ll learn from it.
& The only way to truly lose is if you stop trying.
