Whats Your Why?

Someone asked me the other day what keeps me motivated.


If I'm being honest, I don't believe in it & I don't rely on it.

If you only did things when you were motivated to do them, you would never get anything done.

The same goes for eating healthy & working out.


I also think you need to a have concrete reason planted in your mind WHY you're doing what you're doing.

Not because you want to lose 10# or have abs, but because you want to be strong as you get older or be a good example for your kids.


For me, the reason I lift weights, eat healthy & take care of my body is because it makes me feel strong, empowered & capable. & I decided a long time ago, that those feelings are worthwhile for me to work for. Every. Single. Day.
