OH HOT DANG NEW BLOG POST WITH SOME OF MY FAVSS.
For some reason, I love reading/seeing about what other people love. (Is that weird? Hopefully I'm not alone. *Shrugs*)
I AM FREAKING OBSESSED WITH THESE. I love pretty much all flavors of the FroPros but the coffee (& pb&j) one is my favorite! They're a local company that makes these delicious little peanut butter snacks! Organic peanut butter, plant based protein, cinnamon, oat flour & other organic ingredients- AKA SO YUMMY. If you're not in the southern Florida you need to order yourself some.
So I figured it would be also fun to post about my favorite movement & workout for the month! Personally, my style of training is body building/CrossFit/endurance work... so my workouts can range from a heavy backsquat (well not heavy right now but working on it) to a 40 minute bodyweight cardio burner. If you’re up for the challenge, try out this monthly favorite.

NoBull high tops
So I have probably 3 pairs of the regular NoBull trainers and I LOVE them, but I’ve been eying a pair of the high tops for a while now. I decided to bite the bullet and order the black high-tops with the cream bottom and I LOVE THEM. Although they were not fun to break in… I got the worst blisters. But totally worth it cause they’re SO FREAKING CUTE. Once they’re broken in and you can figure out how to get them off and on efficiently then they’re the best.
Lululemon Align 28" Leggings
I’ve literally been living in these leggings. I work in a gym environment anywhere from 6-9 hours a day & these are my absolute favorites. I know your “not supposed” to workout in these (according to the Lulu staff), but they just fit so well and they’re so soft on my skin. If I wear dry fit pants to much my legs will get irritated so these are my go-to’s.
Grit by Angela Duckworth https://www.amazon.com/Grit-Passion-Perseverance-Angela-Duckworth/dp/1501111108
“In this instant New York Times bestseller, pioneering psychologist Angela Duckworth shows anyone striving to succeed—be it parents, students, educators, athletes, or business people—that the secret to outstanding achievement is not talent but a special blend of passion and persistence she calls “grit.”
Drawing on her own powerful story as the daughter of a scientist who frequently noted her lack of “genius,” Duckworth, now a celebrated researcher and professor, describes her early eye-opening stints in teaching, business consulting, and neuroscience, which led to the hypothesis that what really drives success is not “genius” but a unique combination of passion and long-term perseverance.”
