The moment you shift your focus from physical goals to performance goals is when you start to see progress.

BUT- If you shift that focus to performance goals like improving your mobility and increasing your strength, guess what happens as a by-product? Your body changes without you even thinking about it.

You start to put on muscle AND learn to enjoy the process because you're not obsessing over what you look like.
